DESCRIPTION
Black Forest Honey is produced from honeydew and is native to the Muğla province in the South Aegean region of Turkey. This honey is known for being darker, and less sweet than many other kinds of honey. It is also said to have a lower glucose and fructose content, with high levels of enzymes, amino acids, and minerals.
