Do you have a physical shop I can visit?

The Apothecary for Torba Naturals is open five days a week, Sundays are closed. The Apothecary is located in Villa 26, Street 963, Zone 30, Al Duhail North, Doha. Directions to the store can be found here.

How can I order your café food and products?

You can order through our website and WhatsApp, and on the delivery platforms Rafeeq, Snoonu and Deliveroo.

Website Deliveries

If I order through the website, when will I receive my order?

All orders received before 12pm are processed for delivery the next day. Any order received after 12pm will be processed the next day, with delivery following the day after.

For example, if you order on Saturday morning before 12pm, you will receive your order on Sunday. If you order on Saturday after 12pm, you will receive your order on Monday. This applies to home delivery. For pick-up orders, please contact our customer service at +974 3100 8110.

When do you deliver?

We deliver everyday between 11am and 7pm.

Do you charge for delivery?

We charge a QAR15 delivery fee for orders under QAR150, inside of Doha. Orders over QAR150 are eligible for free delivery within Doha.

Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?

For cash or card on delivery payments, we would require yourself or someone on your behalf to be home. If delivery has been paid for online, you don’t have to be home. Our drivers will call when they have arrived.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes – you can collect your order from Torba Store in Duhail. We accept order pick-ups six days a week between 11am – 7pm. We also accept multiple modes of payment for pick-ups, such as cash and card.

Can I choose what comes in my fruit & veggie box?

We plan our boxes according to the seasons and to suit the way you cook, so it is possible to swap items you don’t need or like in exchange for something else. Let us know your preferences through WhatsApp or our store number at +974 3100 8110 and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

I don’t do online payments. How else can I pay for my order?

We can bring a point-of-sale card machine which accepts payments by credit or debit card on the day of your delivery. We also accept cash payment upon delivery. Please note, that someone has to be available to make this payment at the time of your delivery or we can’t guarantee you will receive your items.

How will you ensure the freshness of my delivery?

We operate refrigerated delivery trucks which ensures the freshness of all our products.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. However, any delivery orders under QAR150 will incur a QAR15 delivery fee.

How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can call customer service +974 3100 8110.

How can we list our products on your website?

To list your products on our platform, write to us at with your contact and product information. Our team will get in touch with you.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Qatar. If you are located outside of Doha, delivery fees will vary.
