Omani Frankincense Honey has a sweet, rich, slightly piney and floral flavour, and is obtained from the mountain wadis of southern Oman. Frankincense honey is produced by the indigenous Omani dwarf bees (Apis florea), which are attracted to the fragrance and white flowers of the Omani frankincense trees. This honey is best known for its small amounts of boswellic acid content, and is potentially rich in immune boosting compounds.
